The Full Story Exposed by Zylo Marshall
Corrupt Lois Marlene Haymes
If Lois sees an opportunity to take advantage of someone or something rather if it is legal or illegal, she will abuse that power
Coming from a broken home in the 1960s Limited Lois Marlene Haymes ability to build her own life with the proper communication on what to and what not to say. Further, Lois Also did not learn how to and how not to react to something properly. This gave Lois the perfect opportunity to act immaturely and inappropriately towards people. This included irrational and inappropriate behavior towards her father, Allan Haymes, and her nephew, Zylo Marshall. This included irrational behavior towards her neighbors, her friends, and the people she works with on business adventures.
Throughout Lois Haymes life starting with her parents separating in the 1960s, her first husband Richie in the 1970's and her nephew Zylo Marshall from 2005 to 2024, she always had a severe behavior problem with people with no self-respect for herself and no self-respect for other people. This limited her ability to develop a strong trusting relationship with others around her. By continuing to break state and federal laws to her advantage, Lois would rather take advantage of a situation over respecting a situation.
If Lois sees an opportunity to take advantage of someone or something rather if it is legal or illegal, she will abuse that power.
While trying to respect Lois Haymes without leaking her inner world to the fullest extent, all I want to present to you are facts, not opinions.
Lois Haymes and Denise Haymes were sisters. Zylo Marshall is Denise Haymes son and Lois Haymes Nephew. In 1989, Zylo Marshall's mother, Denise, was murdered in Santa Rosa, Ca. when Zylo was 14 years. After the loss of Zylo's mother Denise, her sister, Lois came up from Los Angeles to help her nephew and brought Zylo with her to New Jersey to go to his mother's funeral.
After Zylo came back to California in 1989 when Zylo was 14, Lois disappeared and went about her life in Los Angeles. No calls to Zylo, no emails to Zylo, no one-on-one visits to see Zylo, and no concern for her nephew who lost his mother in a murder-suicide in 1989. Zylo has seen his Aunt Lois less than 10 times throughout his life. The last time Zylo saw his aunt was when he had a seizure while representing himself pro se at trial against her and her father's estate.
Lois, just like her parent, knew and understood the challenges Zylo faced having neurological brain damage due to a car accident in 1976. In light of Zylo's disabilities due to his car accident in 1976, in 2008 he became the only known person in the country who listed and sold over 500 thousand dollars in real estate without the use of a car.
Lois used her own opinion in 2005 that it was all a way to scam people out of their money. She did not inquire about how Zylo was doing but rather assumed because of her nephew's car accident that he was incapable of selling real estate.
In January 2005 Lois did not inform her nephew Zylo that she went to Florida to assist her father after his wife, Carol's, death. She did not invite or inform her nephew about the welfare and well-being of her father, Zylo's grandfather, Allan Haymes.
While her father was suffering from Parkinson's disease starting in 2003, in 2005, Lois Haymes started selling off over 50 million dollars of her father's co-op property in Manhattan New York while only claiming 6 Million dollars. She created a false partnership with a false FEIN and paid taxes on that partnership.
Lois forged her father's name on a power of attorney in 2005, she forged her father's name on checks, trusts, and Wills to her advantage. She paid taxes on a false partnership. She forged her father's name on letters and other important documents to her advantage.
She defined her nephew, Zylo, as someone with a well-documented behavior problem due to his car accident. Instead of supporting her nephew because of his disability and his mother's murder, she took full advantage of him.
This caused Zylo to lose part of his grandfather's 80 million dollar estate.
